Why can older detectors not simply be upgraded?
Our newest detector line is based on major technological breakthroughs that required the development of entirely new hardware. These advancements include a specially designed proprietary camera, new optical components, and unique lighting conditions that are essential for the new generation’s advanced performance and AI-based classification capabilities.

Because these features depend on hardware specifically built for the new models, they cannot be added to older detectors through a software update or simple modification. In other words, the new capabilities are not just an improvement in software, they are the result of a completely new platform.

This is why replacing an older detector with one of our new models is the only way to benefit from these important new technologies and to ensure the highest level of protection in today’s fast-changing market.
